Subscription business models are no longer limited to SaaS or media companies. Across industries, startups are using subscriptions to build recurring revenue, stronger customer relationships, and scalable growth engines.

Through a mix of inspiration, real-world cases, and hands-on exercises, you will explore how subscription and community-driven models can strengthen your value proposition and long-term growth.

Facilitator, Niels Kastberg Vestergaard is a Senior Consultant at Subscrybe, specialised in subscription business models, customer engagement, and recurring revenue strategies. Niels works with companies such as MobilePay, the startup Last Object and even AGF to design, launch, and optimize subscription offerings.
