Event space and meeting rooms

Get an overview of event spaces and meeting rooms at Kitchen

All enquiries about booking rooms at Kitchen should be sent to kitchen@au.dk. As a general rule, rooms can only be booked by people with an active affiliation with Aarhus University.

Please include the following information in your booking request:

Expected number of participants
Date of the event
Time
Name of the person responsible for the event or contact person

Please note: During busy periods, priority is given to Kitchen's own events and activities. In special cases, rooms may be made available to external parties if the activity is connected to Kitchen or Aarhus University, or forms part of a collaboration. Contact us to find out more about the options available.

1861-101: Boiler

Standing capacity: Up to 350
Seated capacity: Up to 130
Tables: 6 square tables seating 6 people and 4 round tables seating 4 people. By prior arrangement, an additional 6 tables seating 5 people can be brought into the room.
