How do you ensure your idea is relevant to someone, somewhere, at some time?

What are the first steps you can take in transforming your idea into a valuable offering?

‘Mature Your Idea’ is a 2-hour workshop designed for early-stage entrepreneurs who are just starting out.

Together, we’ll slow down to speed up—taking time to dive deeper into your idea, explore the problem space it belongs to, and uncover what and why it matters. You’ll walk away with clearer direction, new insights, and critical assumptions to consider as you continue developing your idea.

Whether your idea is just a spark or already taking shape, this session will help you build and strengthen the foundation and reduce the risk of failure due to hidden assumptions and beliefs about potential stakeholders, customers, and users.

You will get:

Reflective insights and understanding of the problems worth solving.

Take the first step towards reducing the risk of failure due to overlooked assumptions, and help you clarify and prioritize the key stakeholders worth talking to.

Untangling the complexity of problems, symptoms, and root causes to strengthen the fit between problems and solutions in your development efforts.
